Australia Weddings FAQ

We know that there is nothing better than looking back at your photos and videos from the most special event of your life. So, we strive to get your content to you as soon as possible. Therefore, you’ll receive all of your raw content within 24 hours.

Your edits will be delivered within 3 - 4 business days. In saying this, we always over deliver (our beige flag). For example, if we hear a song or see a trend that we think suits you, we will edit a new video for you (free of charge, of course).

Each and every bride/client has different visions for their day and have different needs. Therefore, we offer different packages and are open to customary packages to meet with our bride/client’s requirements.

A videographer and a photographer are there to capture your day in a special light. Their tools, equipment and skill allow them to capture the most beautiful parts of the day.

Hence, we are not in replacement of your videographer and photographer. Instead, we offer the raw side to your day. The in between and the behind the scenes.

We have our style of creating your content, however we understand that each wedding has its own style and personality, reflecting the unique love story of the couple at its heart. Therefore, we take your requests and adapt to your preference.

We pride ourselves on the vibe we bring to you on the day. While we are your content creators, we are also your additional bridesmaid. We are there from the beginning of your day, helping wherever we can. Whether it's a coffee run, fluffing your dress or drying your flowers, even packing your lunch! We are there to make sure that your day is as stress-free as possible. While we are there to capture your content, ensuring that you have the most perfect day is a priority.

We would love to capture every single wedding that comes our way. However, in order to secure the date, we require a 30% deposit. Until this deposit is secured, we are unable to hold your date.
